To Create Move Disposition Instructions

Open the System Admin tab ().

Click the File Plans icon

In the System Admin tab select the root File Plans item.
The File Plans form opens in the content pane.

Find the Move Disposition Definitions topic and click New.
The New Disposition Instruction form opens.
- Enter a name and optional description for this move instruction.
- For copy objects containing electronic files, select a repository from the Destination Repository list.

For copy objects whose media type is non-electronic, click the Search icon next to the Destination Location field to search for appropriate locations.
Search results are displayed under the active form.
- Drag the required location into the active form.
- Click Open Query Designer and set up the query like you did for the destruction disposition definitions (see To Create Destruction Disposition Instructions).
- Click the Add icon to create the move disposition definition.
